NCM Network Policy for Photographs and Video
While attending NCM Network programs, attendee’s image or likeness may be captured in photography, video, or audio. Acceptance of these terms grants NCM Network permission to use attendee’s likeness in promotional and marketing materials including social media, website, email communications, or any other communication format. Use of attendee’s image or likeness shall be without any expectation of rights to ownership, compensation, royalties, or any other entitlements.
