Annual Media Mixer – June 21

mediamixerEvery summer, the Nonprofit Communications and Media Network (NCM Network) hosts the Annual Media Mixer so that members and guests can meet the media. This annual event supports our Ruth Collander Endowment Fund, which provides scholarships to communications and journalism students attending Southern California colleges and universities.

If you’ve attended a previous Media Mixer, you know what a great networking opportunity it is. If you’ve not joined us for a Mixer before, you’re in for a treat. Bring LOTS of business cards because there are no speeches or presentations. Our Media Mixer is an informal cocktail party and a chance for public relations, communications, marketing, and fundraising professionals with nonprofit organizations to speak with media representatives and enjoy some light refreshments. There will also be some great raffle prizes. Here’s your chance to get face time with media reps and on-air talent who can help tell your organization’s story. Don’t miss it!
