March Program: How to Create a Social Media Crisis Communications Playbook

playbookOn March 22, NCM Network partnered with the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI) and presented a panel discussion and interactive workshop that prepared attendees to handle a social media crisis. Examples of social media crises were discussed with insights how to handle them – and how to prepare for the unexpected.
